    Over two years ago, during the first Montreal FacebookCamp, Montreal VoIP company showcased their calling app for Facebook. The idea was simple and promising: an app that lets Facebook friends talk within the site. I installed it and never used it. Why? If I wanted to talk to anyone, they had to have the app installed, too.
